B Good

Why are all the really good things in life always have repercussions? Wouldn't it be great if plain salads were really bad for you and Sundaes were really good? It would certainly make dieting more interesting. There is a place called BGood that offers a good compromise. They actually have really good chicken sandwiches and veggie burgers. Ok, veggie burgers are not exactly favorite on anyones list, but they prepare it with really good guacamole and other condiments, so it actually tastes like something it is not.... But the best part is the fries. They are air fried. Is it as good as oil...No. Is it good enough...Hell yes, and a whole large order is only 120 calories. They clearly post all the nutritional info right on the menu, so you can have a good meal for under 600 calories... more

No, no, not that movie with Kenan and Kel, this place serves up some good burgers. They serve at near Fast food pace with a slow-grilled taste. B. Good takes pride in cooking with natural and fresh ingredients, shaving their own fries (which can be great some days, and a little extra crispy others), and paying attention to detail. Their food is healthier than other fast-food burgers, and a bit more expensive, but if you're down by Copley and are jonesing for some Burger King, walk a few blocks and try out a B. Good burger. There's not a huge menu at B Good, but what they do have is mostly solid fare. Besides their burgers and chicken sandwiches, they do offer a couple of veggie burgers; unfortunately, the veggie burgers are nowhere near as good as the real thing. The burgers are juicy and delicious with great toppings offered. The fries are baked and tasty, and they offer value meals as well. It's never hard to find a seat here, and the location is great. more

If you want a burger and fries but can't face the cholesterol nightmare of the fast-food chains, B. Good is your place. You can get a really lean beef burger here or a chicken breast sandwich or even a veggie burger. The fries are baked, not fried, and are more like oven potatoes. They are pretty tasty. The veggie burger has a southwestern flair and a little kick, so you've got to be into that. There are also smoothies. Due to the a la carte pricing you can get to the $10 mark without blinking once you get your burger, fries and drink. But for a once in a while healthy indulgence, I'm glad the place is here. more

The fries are ok, and the burgers too...but they seem a bit dry to me. The food's pretty pricey for fast food with a healthy twist. Sign up for their newsletter online at their website, they periodically give away free food. Maybe try signing up for the newsletter before you try it (it comes out once a month or so), that way you can try it for free and decide if it's really worth your hard-earned money. more

The burgers here are ok with a concentration on health-minded ingredients and preparation techniques. The french fries even contain no saturated fat- which is unheard of in Boston fast food. The ambiance at B. Good is that like a fast food or very casual restaurant. They have a good selection of quick entrees, sides and shakes. The service here is alright- typical to area fast-food restaurants. The prices are a bit out of line though with burger meals costing $7-110. more

The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is of good quality. They have free WiFi for their customers. The milkshakes are a bit pricey, but they are ok as well. The atmosphere is nice, somewhat modern and clean. The burgers are made fress when you order. Overall the place is good. more
