ZERO STARS VERY UNHAPPY. UNDERESTIMATED CAR QUOTE FOR REPAIRS SO THEY COULD MAKE $ AND WHEN IT CAME BACK THEY TRIED TO CLAIM THE PROBLEMS STILL LEFT ON THE CAR WERE NOT CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT. BS. My car came back with so much wrong with it including Headlights that were unaligned, check engine light on, turn signal working at a rapid pace, my alarm didn't work after it came back, the motor mounts were cracked, the air conditioner didn't work, and the oxygen sensor needed to be replaced.WOW, really? My car never had any of these problems before the accident, yet they had the nerve to say none of these problems are associated with the accident. Let me remind you this was AFTER the car was repaired. The paint wasn't even the same color, and the parts were knockoffs, not even Hyundai parts. The total cost of replacing the bumper and hood and paint job with a couple lights was about 4000$ worth of work.- extremely expensive and would have rather had them add the more important engine problems like ""rumbling noises"" then to replace a hood for 500$ that had less than a half inch dent. I feel they are cons that just want business and do not care for customer, at least in my case. Even the manager told me he was doing me a FAVOR by sending it to the Hyundai dealer to do a 21 point inspection because B & B paid for it instead of the insurance company since the repairs weren't completed in the beginning. They think because I am a girl they could con me, thank god I have my father to tell me better. If you are a girl bring a guy friend ...I'm very upset with the whole experience. Worst shop I've ever been to
