After having a horrible experience at another Austin body shop I was so pleasantly surprised by B&B Body's customer service. The man who performed my estimate could have pressured me into spending tons of money getting my loose back bumper replaced. Instead, he was honest and said he could put in a couple of screws that would hold it tight as long as I could live with the minor cosmetic damage. Then he did the work in just a few minutes for no charge! I think that kind of honesty is rare these days and definitely shows that this is a business with integrity and class.
