Just a quick note to let you know what an excellent experience I had at your shop. It was really a nightmare dealing with the insurance company until I walked through your door. Bob Youngberg took the reins and handled everything from guiding me over to the rental counter to dealing with the insurance company. In fact, once I met Bob, I haven?t had to speak with the insurance company once. Hopefully, I?ll never have to go through this again but, if I do, I?ll definitely be back at B&B and recommend your company to my friends and family!
