With Azari Property Management I can sleep easier at night even when I am literally half a world away from my property! Great Property Management Sevices 12/14/2009

I used Azari to help me find a condominium for my mother and started the adventure knowing almost nothing about the process. Thanks to Genie's hard work, dedication, and down-to-earth personality, not only have I purchased my home, but I have the confidence that comes from knowing exactly what I was doing throughout the process. I can honestly say that with all of the nuances, the mountains of paperwork, and the changing market, having an agent who not only knows her stuff but has the patience to explain it to you is an absolute must when embarking on this journey. Thank you to Inna for helping me find the right loan agent and getting me started on the process patiently and attentively, to Genie for getting me through to the end, and to Manzar for assembling such a great group of folks to help those clueless about the real estate world (that's me) get through the process. A BIG improvement over our last HOA Mgmt Co! 12/7/2009

Manzar cares about taking care of her clients. We were searching for a new property management company for our 22 unit condo property. Manzar's price quote/services were VERY competitive so we decided to take a chance. \r \r As president of the HOA board at our complex, I worked very closely with Manzar and was in constant contact by either email or phone. She was always professional and did her best to accommodate our many requests. Also, because our HOA barely had enough funds to get by, Manzar didn't increase her management fees for 3 years! \r \r Hands down, it was a good decision to go with Azari Property Management. I have worked with a number of property management companies over the years, but have never come across someone who is as personable or as strong an advocate as Manzar and her team. Whether it be addressing issues with plumbing or heating or simply assisting in management of lawn care services, etc. by the owners, she has been ultra-responsive and a friend through the process in every sense of the word. I look forward to our paths crossing again - either as a renter of a property she manages or as the owner, allowing her to manage the property for us! more

When we decided to relocate to Dubai, we wanted to make sure that our property is in good hands. Azari Property Management not only exceeded our expectations but, as a matter of fact, went above and beyond to make sure that we wouldn't have to worry about a thing! They professionally and efficiently handled everything from making sure that our condo is well marketed based on realistic market conditions to finding the best fit, and from handling tenancy contracts to daily issues like mail, maintenance and accounting. \r \r Honestly speaking, Manzar and her wonderful team are nothing but a fine group of savvy professionals who are fully dedicated to providing excellent, personal and curteous service and to making sure that you have nothing to worry about even when you're half-way across the world!\r \r Thanks for taking care of our home... more

They are like family 11/2/2009

I have been an owner/manager of my own property for 30 years, so choosing a property management company was a very difficult decision. My first meeting with Azari Properties was with Inna Pinkhasova and Yong Zhi Wu, immediately I felt that I had chosen the right company. Inna and Yong showed my property and found the ideal tenants. Inna is professional, patient and understanding. I trust her judgment on marketing and pricing, implicitly. Brandon has been arbitrating between the tenants and myself to smooth out any difficulties so everyone is happy. I appreciate his straightforward no nonsense approach. He is just great at hearing everyone's side and orchestrating a win-win solution. Roxanne in accounting helped to figure out how to prorate expenses among the tenants and everything was handled smoothly. My overall satisfaction with Azari Properties is really a comment about Manzar herself. She is brilliant, efficient and always on the job. If I felt I had a crisis I could call Manzar and within 2 rings there she is assuring me that she will personally look into it and all is taken care of. She is so good at what she does, I cannot even find the words but to say Manzar's standards are nothing less than the best. Her whole team works at a very high standard of excellence. It is challenging to let go of your personal control over a property that you love and have managed yourself for years, but if you are looking for a great company to help you out you can't go wrong with Manzar Properties. On the ball, Fast, Caring and Professional 10/29/2009

Azari pm prepared my house for re-rental, did a fine beautiful job! My house hasn’t been touched for over 20 years. Now the house is immaculate and in a great rentable condition within the reasonable cost. Wow. Let me first start by saying, thank you again Azari Property Management for not only helping me find my amazing apartment but for helping with my transition to this new and exciting city. About a month ago I relocated to San Francisco from Charlotte, NC. Not knowing a single soul or anything about the city, I decided to go on Craig's list to look for an apartment. I found Azari Property Management, checked out the website and called. From the moment Manzar answered the phone I felt so much more comfortable about my move. I informed Azari Property Management of my arrival time and Manzar went as far as offering to pick me up from the airport! Knowing that I was in a major time crunch, she didn't want me to worry about finding a unit, so she offered me her loft to stay in temporarily until we found the perfect unit! Manzar was able to find me an amazing apartment within just a few days of my arrival to the city! I couldn't believe it. The apartment fit my every requirement except that it came semi-furnished. Among the many things that they were able to negotiate with the owner, one was having the furniture moved out since my furniture was already on its way over! I was stunned at how much time and dedication Azari Property Management put in this whole operation. I told them that I needed a lock on my window and the next day Manzar personally went to the hardware store and had someone install the lock for me! The day my furniture was being delivered she called and offered to come over to help me move everything in! I just can't say enough about how much Azari Property Management takes care of its clients. From the moment I called Azari Property Mgt to find my new place in San Francisco I felt I dealt with a group of professional that really cared. So many companies try to appear professional. So they lose site of the warmth and kindness that make a world of difference. It takes away the ""going out of their way"" out of the norm. With Azari Property Mgt, I got both the professionalism and warmth of a group of professional that really care.Thank you to the team. Great job. more

Their customer service is top notch. They are always available to us and patiently listened to our needs during the most stressful situations. Manzar gave us great advice on how much to list our home for rent. Their service did not end at the end of the deal. They truly cares about the relationship, not the transaction and we thought of Azari Property Management more as a partner, not a broker or property manager. Pros: Listened to my needs more

Knowledgeable Agent 7/31/2009

I just wanted to write a note thanking Jennifer Stahl for helping us rent our upscale home in Los Altos. She thoroughly knew the Peninsula and all the neighborhoods. But more than that, she was able to market our home in a difficult economy and locate a professional executive to rent our beautiful home. Most importantly she went out of her way and hustled to locate the perfect match within 2 weeks! We are eternally grateful for Jennifer's extra effort and I think she should be recognized. Without her we would definitely not have been able to relocate and feel comfortable knowing that our home is in good hands. She definitely made the difference. I had read many great things about Azari Property Management and gained an additional sense of comfort after speaking with Manzar that my precious Burlingame home would be left in good hands while I spend the next two years in Australia. When I met you and began working through the process of leasing my house (and a very efficient process, I must say), I was even more assured that I had made the right decision. I was ecstatic (and honestly, a bit amazed) about how quickly you found a tenant for me - and even moreso, a perfect tenant! Your professionalism, attention to detail and sensitivity to personal timeliness were greatly appreciated. Awesome Property Mgmt 6/30/2009

Several months ago, I decided to rent out my condo in SF and went with Azari Property Management, and it has really been one of the best decisions I've made! I worked with Inna and Yong and they worked constantly to find me the perfect tenant at my desired price -- not my rock bottom price! They showed my place on evenings and weekends and within 1 month, they found me the perfect tenant! I could not be more pleased! Now I've been with them a few months and here are some more things I'm very happy about -- the rent being auto-deposited into my account exactly on time so I don't have to do anything. I'm also especially impressed by Brandon the maintenance manager who has interfaced with my HOA and been very expeditious in responding to my tenants needs and also working with me. I truly have nothing negative to report, and so far this has been the ideal situation for me and my condo. I feel very secure that they are managing my property and would be happy to give more information or data. Pros: Responsive, Thorough, They Answer the Phone! more
