I have to say the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the products is top notch. However; the service after the sale is where they fail...and for me, this is the primary point of consideration for any reseller. If you need a quick turn around on a repair, you'll want to look elsewhere. They also have a policy requiring a $25 deposit for repairs...even if it is warranty work...which although not a show stopper, it is definitely indicative of their post sale posture. They perform no initial triage when you drop off equipment for repair and they frequently have long (...as in two weeks) lead times before a repair person makes an initial assessment. They don't offer a "rush" service for an additional fee...its a "take or leave it" approach to customer service. In a nutshell, I love the knowledge of the sales staff and the quality of product they sell, but I absolutely despise their "after the sale" service quality.
