My boyfriend and I had just moved to a new city and were setting up our household. We went to Appliance Liquidation Outlet to purchase a new washer and dryer for our new place. They had great customer service. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and very affordable. They made the whole process of moving to a new place just that much easier. Everything was ok with Appliance Liquidation Outlet. Their customer service was great and the guy I had was very knowledgeable about the product that I was looking for. I think that they could probably organize their products a little bit better, specially as far as having discounted items on the floor. They have discounted products in there but then they have other fridges and washer and dryer units that are bunched in the back for no one to really see. So, the customer has to do a bit of searching and I get what they are doing there, but I would say that they should just leave it open and honest as possible. People are coming in there to buy and they are ultimately going to buy what they want. The delivery service was right on time and the delivery guys were good. They made sure not to scrape any walls and when they brought in the fridge, they hooked it up with no problems, they did a good job. I wish I remembered the names of the 2 people that helped me out. There was one younger gentleman and he was an excellent salesman, he wasn't pushing the product on me, he just gave me time to find what I needed and if I had questions, he was always there. Then there was also a lady that when my wife had looked online, the product wasn't at that store and I didn't know so instead of trying to sell something else, she got on a computer and called the salesman at the other place and made sure they had it in stock. She was very good too. more

I went in a week ago to look at the appliances that Appliance Liquidation Outlet had on offer. I knew what I wanted, and I saw what I wanted; but I wanted to think over the purchase. So I came back the following week on a Saturday morning, when they opened at 9am. The customer service was great. I told the sales lady what I wanted, and she was very nice. She took me to the back to show me the new products, and let me shop them before anyone else. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory, and she gave me my space to shop. She sold me right away on a new washer, and said she could have it delivered to my home within two hours. I left the store and by 11:25am the delivery people were at my home with the new washer. The delivery people set it up, test ran it, and asked me if I had any questions before they left. I absolutely love the washer. I have already recommended their store and products to my landlord. He was really shocked by how great the service was and will probably be shopping there soon. more

This was my first time going to Applicance Liquidation Outlet. I went to a number of places, but found the speed clean top loading washer I wanted at ALO. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I love my new washer, it gets my sheets softer than any one I've used before. I'll never go back to a front-loading washer again. I had a great experience at Appliance Liquidation Outlet and I would rate them above five stars if I could. Their location is easy to get to and the staff is attentive. While my wife and I were shopping, we had a couple of different employees come ask if we needed help. The whole process was very easy and informative. They were able to outline where the appliance came from and what it was previously used for. They were knowledgeable about the warranty options of each appliance. Everything was loaded up for us to take home before I even knew it was happening. Everyone should give Appliance Liquidation Outlet a try, but be sure to go on a cool day. There is no air conditioning and it can get a little warm! more

My wife and I spoke to them over the phone on Friday, and went into the store on Saturday. We came in and were shown around by one of the saleswomen. She helped us to pick everything out, and schedule a delivery. We looked around the store and they had everything we needed, in every size we needed. They also offer same day delivery, which was attractive. The process was very easy. I just picked my appliances, ordered the same day delivery service, and they did the installation. I have purchased used appliances from Appliance Liquidation Outlet twice. The company services the appliances to assure they are functioning properly before selling them, and each comes with a one-year warranty. Everything is well labeled in the store, and you pick out what you want without the staff trying to sell anything to you. They hold the appliances for you until you are able to go pick them up, more than a week in my case. The staff are friendly, though sometimes more interested in talking about my horse ranch than their appliances. They do not accept personal checks, but are very understanding and willing to make exceptions for businesses. more
