When my IMac crashed, I was ready to start crying because the last 6 years of family memories, documents, etc were all there and I was a fool and never backed any of it up. I remembered the hilarious commercial that a couple of actor friends of mine had done for ACS so I decided to call there first. It was 6:30 and although they were closing at 7pm and I had a ways to drive, they stayed open and waited for me to bring it in. The absolute best experience I've ever had regarding issues with my IMac. Windy Mills, owner of ACS explained what she thought might be the problem but could not make any promises. I totally understood that technology can be tricky and I was prepared for the worst. She was not only able to mirror my entire IMac hard drive but also got me a new hard drive with triple the short term memory as well as more memory on the hard drive than I already had at a reasonable and AFFORDABLE price!!! Did I say AFFORDABLE?? Yes I did and she and her staff provided incredible customer service. I was worried that I would be out a computer for a while because I didn't have the resources for a new so I consider her my IMac Angel. The turnaround time was only two days, she called me to give me my options and kept me up to speed on the status of the repair. When I went to pick it up, she had cleaned everything so well, it all looked brand new including my filthy keyboard!! She even gave me my original hard drive back and expained that all my data was still there and to hold on to it just in case I ever needed to retrieve my data again as well as the 1G short term memory card. I highly highly highly recommend ACS for all your computer repairs or needs. I can assure you that you won't get better service, advice or affordability anywhere else in town!! (BTW, the bad reviews that you see here from a few years ago are about the previous owners, NOT the current owners/staff) I can't thank Windy enough!!!! You have a customer for life!!
