Seven years ago I bought a Sony TV from Harlan at A&B TV. Got a great price then and the set was great. Last week we decided it was time to upgrade to a flat panel LED. Since Wal Mart and Best Buy were having some pretty good sales we thought we would try them. Bought a 47"" LG from Wal Mart and couldn't even get it to sync to my Direct TV box. Called LG Tech Support and their response was to use both the LG remote and Direct TV remote. Needless to say that set was returned that night. Next day it was off to Best Buy. Bought a 46"" Samsung. Tried to set it up and the remote wouldn't work. An hour later I took remote back back to BB and the response was "" If you would have bought the protection plan we could help you."" Took that set back and purchased another Samsung. Picture was like looking through a fog during nightime viewing. Had to readjust picture each morning and again at night. After 3 days took that set back and went to see Harlan again. I hadn't seen him in seven years but he remembered me and greeted me like an old friend. We gave him a rough idea what we were looking for and within 2 minutes he had us sold on a Sony. No pressure, no sales pitch for a high priced set, extremely knowledgeable. PLUS HE BEAT BEST BUY'S SALES PRICE ON THE SAME SONY TV BY $200. And the Sony is perfect. We love it! So if you want to save yourself time, money and aggravation go see Harlan at A&B. He's a true professional with a lot of experience in the business - not some kid just trying to make money. Harlan won't steer you wrong and will give you a great deal. I've learned my lesson. more

This is the place to go! Harlan helped me put a 7.1 system together for my media room. I was able to get better equipment than I expected while staying within my budget. A&B's technician Mike came out and did a great job installing everything! I love him and my new media room! Thanks A&B TV! more

I went into A&B tv after realizing what idiots circuit city and their ""firedog"" install crew. These guys looked like they where still in high school. They screwed up hanging my TVs then charged me $800 and didn't even use the wires the Circuit City guy said I absolutely needed for HD. A friend took me to A & B tv where I spoke to someone named Brad. He was extremely helpful and knew what he was taking about. The installation was handled by his install person Trevor. He was very friendly and helpful.This guy has had 20 years experience according to his website and fixed my firedog install in 20 minutes. HD looks alot better thru HDMI than on channel 3. I don't know who the other reviewers where talking about at AbTV, but Brad and Trevor really helped me out even though I didn't buy from them, and I will be buying my electronics from them from now on. more

Decided to check out A and B tv after visiting there other places, shopping for home theater system. The speaker selection at this place blew me away, The sales guy I worked with knew his stuff. I got a reciever, center speaker and subwoofer on sale, which allowed me to get better front and rear speakers. Harlan was able to answer all my setup/installation questions over the phone the next day which i was installing everything. If your in the market for home electronics go here first, I highly recommend them. more

I cannot recommend Harlan and the guys at A&B TV enough. When my 32"" wasn't cutting it anymore, I purchased a 55"" Sony from A&B back in late March early April. Like any new purchase (especially electronics), you want to get it right away to enjoy it. Unfortunately their professional install team was booked for a few days so I had to wait about a week for install. When I realized the Masters was coming up and my install date was the Monday after the tournament I called Harlan to see if they could move me up (hoping someone would cancel their appointment) so I would have the TV in time for weekend viewing. Although there were no cancelled appointments Harlan made sure his install guys made it to my house on Friday afternoon to get the rig set up in time to watch the weekend action at Augusta. Outstanding!\r \r In the following weeks there was a ""gremlin"" in the system- something was not allowing the TV to properly turn on and stay on. Harlan came to my home twice to try to diagnose the issue- turned out to be a defective USB cable I purchased at Frye's. I know big-box retailers would not be able to provide this kind of level of service, and that's why every new electronics purchase I make in the future will be with Harlan and A&B TV. more

Everyone this place is the real deal! Their prices compete with all the big electronic stores, but the difference maker - they have staff that know what they are talking about and deliver awesome service.\r \r This last week we had a problem with a Yamaha receiver we had purchased several years ago. Harlan from A&B helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone from home and it looked like we needed a replacement. He brought a less expensive unit than our original the next day (Friday) while he did a troubleshoot to see if a setting had been botched. It turned out the power supply on our Yamaha had died and the unit he brought over sounded even better! He did this service call at no charge because we are repeat customers and we were in a bind.\r \r I will always be an A&B TV customer. Why take your chances with anyone else? Harlan is knowledgeable and very customer service focused! He gets it and you should ask for him by name. BTW if his boss is reading this post then please do somethinig special for him. I stopped by on Saturday to say thank you as in this email and text centric society we should remember to say thank you every once in a while...it means something more.\r \r Harlan...again Thank You! more

Bye-Bye Big Chain stores & Welcome back customer service!\r Wow! We were so impressed with our salesman, Mac. He was so knowledgeable about all their equipment and no pressure to buy! He took the time to explain everything to us and made us feel like his only customer. We didn't even buy that day. It was a week later that we finally decided. They not only had the best price, but the best service by far! A month after we made the purchase, we couldn't figure something out on the TV and called Mac. He immediately remembered me and took care of our question right over the phone, no problem! We will forever be an A&B TV customer thanks to MAC! You rock! more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We have bought 4 TVs from A&B TV through the years. We keep going back because their products are priced fairly and they know what they are talking about. In the past, I might have a question about my TV and I'd give them a quick call and they would explain to me whatever the issue was. We just bought another TV today from them. Our salesman, Brad, who has been there 18 years is so very knowledgeable. Leroy, their installer is incredible. I don't know how long Leroy has been with A&B TV but he has set up all of our TVs and he is a huge asset to them. He definitely knows his stuff about setting up TVs. Again, this is a very reputable place and I couldn't recommend it more. more

A few years after purchasing a set of surround speakers from A & B I began experiencing problems with the subwoofer. A & B repaired the speaker with factory parts but the problem was not solved. A second repair (now under warranty) also failed despite using a vendor upgraded amp. John at A &B persisted with the manufacturer until my sub was replaced with a new upgraded model which works perfect. more

DO NOT TRUST 11/21/2011

Last Wed or Thurs, friends of mine went here and bought a 55"" Sony LED TV. They also bought a 3 yr warranty for $99.I went Saturday -the knowledgeable sales rep, Mac, helped me a lot and I bought the same TV. I also bought the warranty for $99. On Sunday, Conns had an ad with the same tv for $230 less. I called Mac who told me that he saw the ad and would credit me for the difference. He even took my credit card number and told me that it was no problem. I decided to go over today and make sure everything went through correctly and to see what else they had on sale. I saw a blu-ray player on sale and bought it. Mac wasn't in so I explained everything to another salesperson. I was told that they would have to see what Conns sold their extended warranty for. I asked they why they had to do this since Mac had already told me he would take care of this and it wasn't a problem. They came back and told me they would have to sell me the warranty for around $230. I told them that my friends came in on Sunday and got the credit and didn't have to pay any extra for the warranty. At that point, a salesperson named Harlan told me that my friends were his client and they got the discount because they had taken a broken tv to A to Z Elec and got a discount coupon. Plus they only got a 2 yr warranty not 3. I told him that I didn't think this was the case and he started yelling at me that I was wrong and they did. I decided to keep the tv, but not the blu-ray or the warranty. I told the owner that this wasn't right. I felt like their employee told me one thing and they should honor it. BTW, I talked to my friends. They'd never heard of AtoZ , they had no coupon and their warranty was 3 years. YOU CAN'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! more

A&B TV took my order and let me pay as I could and then delivery and installation was handled very quickly and well. Their customer service is impeccable and I will not hesitate to go there again for any other AV needs. more
