This last week we had a problem with a Yamaha receiver we had purchased several years ago. Harlan from A&B helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone from home and it looked like we needed a replacement. He brought a less expensive unit than our original the next day (Friday) while he did a troubleshoot to see if a setting had been botched. It turned out the power supply on our Yamaha had died and the unit he brought over sounded even better! He did this service call at no charge because we are repeat customers and we were in a bind.\r

I will always be an A&B TV customer. Why take your chances with anyone else? Harlan is knowledgeable and very customer service focused! He gets it and you should ask for him by name. BTW if his boss is reading this post then please do somethinig special for him. I stopped by on Saturday to say thank you as in this email and text centric society we should remember to say thank you every once in a while...it means something more.\r
