The repair service was very good, with just a few concerns. Quality of repairs appears excellent, and the actual expense was exactly as estimated. However, the repairs were originally estimated to take four working days and actually took six. We were surprised that Turnpike Motors did not order the parts until they had had the car for four days.
When the vehicle was returned, the battery was so low that it had to be jump started, and neither the radio, CD nor clock worked. The panel showed a message that said "enter code." It took us quite awhile at home to research the correct code. Once we were able to locate it, it was simple to install.
