I was amazed at how easy this experience was. I made my initial call to my insurance company, gt an appraisal from your company, made a call to the other insurance company, met with the appraiser to see the car. I was refered to them by the Hartford after I was rear ended. They scheduled the work promptly, kept me informed via e-mail and photos as to the project's status, and arranged to return the rental car after repairs were complete. They did an excellant job with the car looking like nothing ever happened to it. They also handled the approval and arranged payment direct from the Hartford. I just paid the deductible. more

Very impressed the the customer service! I felt that my car was in good hands. They went above and beyond what was required to but my car back in service. The only minor issue, it would been appreciated when I picked up my car if someone would have come out to my car to go over what they did in the repair shop. The reason I say this is when I dropped off my car a representative came out to review the damage and to mark areas to be repaired. Also marked were areas that were not the result the accident and these areas were repaired and this additional work was greatly appreciated! more

My car was in the shop for over 40 days to be repaired. The original time estiamte was 7-10 days. During that time, there was some miscommunication that resulted in me having to pay an additional $475 for a rental vehicle. There are two major issues that resulted in the extended timeframe for repairs and the additional rental charges. There was a 3rd party inspector involved in this claim and they were not responsive which resulted in a delay of roughly 1 week. Due to this, they paid for a portion of my rental bill. However, according to my Insurance Company, there is a period of 7-10 days where Turnpike Motors does not appear to have done any work on my vehicle. My vehicle was dropped off on November 29th and the 3rd part inspector was not contacted until December 5 or 7th. Unfortunatly, I wasn't given all of the dates. i would really like to know what TPM did during the first week + that my car was in their possession and know whether they are willing to pay some of my rental fees due to the extended time of repairs. TPM was quick to put the blame on the 3rd party adjuster but made no mention of the time that it seems nothing was done to my car which contributed the othe huge delay. I'd be happy to speak with someone about this. With regards to the actual interaction with turnpike motors employees and they job they did with the repairs, I am very pleased. The overall experience was not a good one though. more

Turnpike motors was great! I enjoyed the play by play process via the internet. The quality of work and the guarantee behind it is unprecedented. I am however disappointed in the time it took to ge repaired. Don't know I this can be rectified or not. 2 1/2 weeks for a minorfix is rather long I feel. more

the experience was better than could be expected (customer service, workmanship, coordinating rental car, etc...). one small negative: a month after service was performed, we called the insurance company for reimbursement, only to find that they had already paid turnpike motors directly. we did get our money from TM, but only after we had to call for it. more

Although there is still a pending issue with the work done to be resolved, I feel that cusetomer service was excellent. Very good job with keeping the customer informed via phone calls and email and very responsive. when I picked up my car it was very clean and looked new. It's still early to tell, but as far as I can see, it looks liek they did a really great job. My only issue is that it took close to a month to complete, but given the time of year and recent unpredictable weather, I can understand. They jsut kept telling me one approx. time and then kept [ushing it back and back. more

The work was excellent. The person I dealt with in the office was very professional. He knew my name when I walked in to pick up my car. He arranged a ride for me when I dropped the car off. Overall couldn't be more pleased. more

We had work done previously at Turnpike Motors and thought of them first to handle the repairs to our car trailer due to the October snow storm as well as our car which had been hit by another driver. The repairs were performed in a highly professional manner as you would expect but their attention to detail, the excellent communication and how they handled all the paperwork was equally impressive. They kept us up to date on how the work was coming and even sent pictures of their progress. What was also impressive was how professional their operation was from their customer service area to how their shop is divided into separate work stations for each portion of their work. Turnpike went out of their way to make it easy for us and you could tell that they were dedicated to satisfying the customer in every respect. more

The repair service was very good, with just a few concerns. Quality of repairs appears excellent, and the actual expense was exactly as estimated. However, the repairs were originally estimated to take four working days and actually took six. We were surprised that Turnpike Motors did not order the parts until they had had the car for four days. When the vehicle was returned, the battery was so low that it had to be jump started, and neither the radio, CD nor clock worked. The panel showed a message that said "enter code." It took us quite awhile at home to research the correct code. Once we were able to locate it, it was simple to install. more

It was absolutly great to go to one place and have my vehicle fixed and pick and drop off my rental. My vehicle looks great and I have been assured that if I am not satisfied with the repairs to contact them. more
