Friendly, courteous, professional staff and excellent body work 8/23/2012

Overall they did a fantastic job on my car 8/22/2012

Turnpike motors really did a good job fixing my car. They even had it all set before their expected delivery date. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any body work done to their car. more

The work at Turnpike Motors has always been first rate but this was the first time in years that I had the opportunity to work with them. Steve & Dan both worked great with me & I like their text message notification system that kept me abreast of the work being done on my car. more

Almost perfect 8/16/2012

Have used Turnpike several times (unfortunately) and think they are the best and do excellent work. My only negative was when I arrived and spoke with Dan, he proceeded to take 2 other incoming calls after we had started proceedings even though I was there first so that I had to wait. He should have called them back. Not good service to me in my opinion. more

Great customer care, fantastic workmanship. 8/15/2012

Right from the start the staff at the front desk were pleasant to deal with. They took care of everything and explained what needed to be done in detail. I loved having the camera shots of the work that was being done to my car. I was also constantly updated of the progress by phone without asking for it. My car was finished ahead of schedule and it was like new. I love the fact that they even detailed it. It definitely seems like they take pride in their work and their customers. more

Turnpike Motors work is done to perfection. Shedule promises are kept and communication on progress is excellent. The project is coordinated with the insurance company, outside service providers, rental cars, etc. I will always trust Turnpike Motors to provide excellent work, outstanding service, timely communication and total honesty. Great Service and Repair= TURNPIKE AUTO 8/2/2012

The whole crew at Turpike Auto is Top Notch. From the front desk guys Dan and Steve all the way the to the top. I had a repair done and on the day I dropped off my truck my rental was waiting.....repair was great....color match on my truck was exact. When I had a small issue with the repair the owner Doug contacted me and after about 10 min it was resolved. I will no doubt recommend Turnpike Auto to anyone looking for auto body repair in the future if I ever need anything done I know who I am calling. more

Uncompromising drive to accomplish repairs to the highest standard. 7/28/2012

The original insurance company estimate for repairing damage to my car was eight days. Once the folks at Turnpike Motors had a chance to assess the damage first hand, alongside the Travelers Insurance Concierge representative located on-site there, the estimated number of days to properly do the repair doubled as did the cost. Travelers worked with the at-fault driver's insurance company to cover the costs in full, and Turnpike Motors had the car ready when they said they would. I was kept informed about progress being made with photos of the work being done sent to me daily via e-mail. One day when I stopped by to see the work first hand, Stephen took me to the shop to see the extent to which the repairs were being carried out. The results are as perfect as perfect could be - and I am very particular about the care and condition of my cars. I would recommend Turnpike Motors without any reservations. And while I hope never to need autobody repairs again, if I do, I'll certainly be taking my business to Turnpike Motors. more

Had myself a comPlicated situation with being backed into. These guys completely 100 took the weight off my shoulders and made sure the process was as stress free as possible. highly recommended, did an awesome job puttin my car back to normal. It was even detailed to the max web I got it back more
