This body shop is professional and delivers quality service.I had a bumper replaced and painted. It looked like new- a perfect job. Turnpike Motors is the only body shop that I would use in the future, if needed. more

I must say this one of the most successful customer service experiences I have ever had. I was constantly informed of the work being done and the status of my vehicle. The way the shop, insurance company and rental car vendor worked together was wonderful. I didn't have to do a thing! I was very pleased with the process and the outcome. more

vehicle not completed had to wait the delivery day and still not done but gave it to me that way, had to come back to replace a part, disrespectful,angry attitude both times,------for a windshield Turnpike replaced"you need to go to VW if the part is defective and see if they will do something under warranty" RESPONSE FROM Turnpike Motors: Thanks for the review and for allowing me to meet with you to review your concerns. Fantastic Service 4/3/2012

Dan and Steve at the front desk are incredible. They bent over backwards to make sure our experience went smoothly and was as convenient as it could be. They kept me updated on the progress, and my car was finished before they said it would be. more

My GPS system was altered and now I am not sure how to get the system back to the way I want it. Not sure why this system was touched at all but if it had to be it should have been put back the way it was found. more

your service was average but it did seem to take a lot longer then it should have also the damage that I complained about still looks to me like it was part of the damage from the accident and not clear coat chipping you should have noticed that and called the insurance company since you had me sign the release for you to negotiate in my place if you found a problem more
