I felt good until driving to Boston the next day morning after picking up my car and a hubcap flow off. When I noticed another one moving I had it checked out at a service appt at my own dealership and was informed that the clip is broken and it will not be able to be securely secured. when I called Turnpike motors- they denied ever touching my wheels. I find it hard to believe that they fully inspected the damage which included R and I of rear wheel tray and subsequently replaced and painted the rear damaged area while not removing the wheels. Something is off and I don't think it is just coincidence. So I am going to pass on referring people and hope that the auto body work is adequate- as a lay person I won't know until something happens to point it out to me. Customer service is an easy thing to provide- disappointed that they weren't up to it. RESPONSE FROM Turnpike Motors: Not sure how to respond here, except for saying city driving can be tough on wheels, hub caps and tires. We checked into your repair and in this case the rear bumper and rear body repair(rear wheel tray) did not require us to remove the hub caps. Please call us to discuss if you feel this is our responsibility. more

While having an accident is no fun, I was very happy with my repair experience. The internet progress system with pictures is very effective and offers an easy waay to communicate. Dan Hovey was always on top of the status. This was a big job and took time. I also was delayed by the power outage that threw the repair time off by about a week, but that was no one's fault. The finished product looks good. You can't tell how badly the car was hit. I would quickly recommend Turnpike Motors. Tom more
