Highly professional automotive body repair and painting facility 7/17/2012

I had known about Turnpike Motors for many years and heard they had a good reputation concerning general autobody repair as well as the restoration of antique cars. When my new, (six month old) Mazda 3 hatchback was rear ended at a traffic light I wanted the repairs and painting done properly and my car restored back to it's "new" condition. At Turnpike Motors I was always treated with professional courtesy whice also including arrangements for a car rental. I was contacted three times during the repair process and provided with updates. Upon completion I was provided a breakdown of all expenses and work performed. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and the expert paint restoration. I actually thought my car looked better that when I picked it up new at the dealer, as strange as that may sound. I think anyone considering have their car repaired look no further than Turnpike Motors. more

Fender/Bumper/Hood Repair 7/13/2012

The crew at Turnpike once again did a great job for us. The repair was finished WAY ahead of the estimate, and they even threw in some extra dent/ding fixes free of charge. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and made the situation very easy. Hopefully we don't have a need for repairs in the future, but if we do, there will be no hesitation deciding where to go. more

Excellent Customer Service 7/5/2012

I was given an on point estimate for parts and labor and an estimated time that my car would be returned. They did everything they could to finish the work expeditiously and I received my car back a week early (before the holiday /weekend) which also saved me an additional week of rental car fees. Very very happy with the seamless repair work, the detailing of my car, the explanation and pics throughout the process and the integrity of the gentlemen that I dealt with. more

Great experience 7/5/2012

I had damage to by new BMW and was very concerned about the quality of repairs. A friend recommended Turnpike based on his previous experience with his BMW. The staff was extremely professional and sent me regular updates. My car looks perfect! I was impressed right from the beginning. Both Dan and Steve at the front desk, took care of all the necessary phone calls and getting the information that was needed. Very professional and friendly. My car was left there and I returned home in a rental which was set up by Dan. Truly a painless experience. I felt very confidant leaving my car there. Our car was ready earlier than expected, which was pleasant,and was clean and repaired perfectly.Honestly,I cannot say one negative about Turnpike Motors.i will most definitely use them again, and would most certainly recommend them to others. more

Superb service done by competent, meticulous, cordial people 6/22/2012

My experience with Turnpike Motors was excellent from the conversation with the person entering the intake information into the computer through the return, in mint condition, of my vehicle. I particularly appreciated emails that contained photographs depicting the work as it progressed. After an exasperating experience of having my car thoughtlessly damaged, this was an optimum way of getting it repaired -- now my car and my psyche are ready to go again! more

What started as a very unpleasant experience for me(the accident)turned into something very positive. The entire process was great. I was always informed on the progress of my car either by email or phone. The photos showed the progress from start to finish, which was great to see.I was also very pleased that my car was detailed before it was returned to me(as well as embarassed because of all the dog hair) I appreciated everyone's concern with my satisfaction and would recomend Turnpike Motors to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you very much to everyone for your hard work. more

Excellent service from start to finish! 6/5/2012

Brought my car in for the back passenger's side door to be replaced. Everything was taken care of with nothing except signatures from me required. Turnpike dealt directly with my insurance company and never needed me to get incolved. Got my car back in shorter time than I thought! Thanks! more

Problem with attention to detail 6/5/2012

The last time I had work done here, it was a great experience with no problems. This time, not so good. I have gold emblems on my vehicle. They replaced them with silver without calling me. They then told me that the gold were no longer made. But I found them on the internet within 5 minutes. So, my service is not complete yet. They have ordered the correct emblems and I am waiting for them to be swapped out for the silver they put on. This should never have happened. The guys at the front desk are great, it's the workers in the back that don't seem to care about what they are doing. more

I dropped my car off on monday and Steve handled 2 claims with my insurance company and the job was completed thursday. They took care of everything and the car looked better than new. more
