I was refered to them by the Hartford after I was rear ended. They scheduled the work promptly, kept me informed via e-mail and photos as to the project's status, and arranged to return the rental car after repairs were complete. They did an excellant job with the car looking like nothing ever happened to it. They also handled the approval and arranged payment direct from the Hartford. I just paid the deductible.
