We had work done previously at Turnpike Motors and thought of them first to handle the repairs to our car trailer due to the October snow storm as well as our car which had been hit by another driver.
The repairs were performed in a highly professional manner as you would expect but their attention to detail, the excellent communication and how they handled all the paperwork was equally impressive. They kept us up to date on how the work was coming and even sent pictures of their progress. What was also impressive was how professional their operation was from their customer service area to how their shop is divided into separate work stations for each portion of their work.
Turnpike went out of their way to make it easy for us and you could tell that they were dedicated to satisfying the customer in every respect.
