Both Don & Steve were professional & knowledgeable. They kept me appraised of the progress with both e-mail & phoned updates. Nice work, but 3/5/2012

I enjoyed the emails with photos. My contact said that he would have one of their vendors look at the minor cracks in the dash board and some pulled stitches in the leather of the drivers seat. He said that the vendor was very reasonable and he would let me know. Never heard anything. more

the damge to my car was extensive and i was afraid that it could never be fully repaired to like-new condition...boy was i wrong. The car looks amazing and i loved that i was able to check the progress online. Also, was very impressed with the phone call progress updates. Would recommend to anyone who wants their repair done right. more

Very good experience overall 2/20/2012

The whole process at Turnpike was incredibly easy and pleasant, from working with the insurance company to receiving a rantal car to eventually picking the car up. I was consistently updated with phone calls and photos which I really appreciated and even ended up picking the car up sooner than expected. The job itself was great and looks good as new. Everything seems in good order! 2/16/2012

I haven't had a chance to drive any great distance. The car appears to handle well and hopefully there is no hidden mechanical damage. The body repair is excellent! Hopefully there won't be any problems with the paint, but that is guaranteed! I am an optomist and I don't look for problems! more
