On 11/22/2010 I made an inquiry about the temper pedic mattress, with in 24 hours I got a call from Brooke. She was so pleasant to talk to, I was explained all the information and even got my questions answered right away, no delay. I went to Hilton Furniture & Leather on Black Friday, I thought it would be crazy, but to my surprise I was greeted with an enthusiastic ""Hello Welcome to Hilton Furniture & Leather, my name is Frank. What can I help you find today?"" WOW!!! Frank gave me a WOW factor. I explained to him what I wanted and needed from a bed, he took me right to them the beds and explained the difference to me. I explained to him I was not sure how high my credit was, but he just said ""Don't worry, we will take care of you."" He went on to explain all of the ways to help in plain English, NO MUMBO JUMBO! I like that. I got the bed I wanted and needed and it was delivered the next day and to top it off the deliver personal were early, very professional, kind, and they knew what they were doing. ****This is great customer service at it's best!****
