Today I called and spoke with, Hilton, about a mattress. He was so very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He really took the time to make sure that my questions were answered. I had plans on going to another furniture store until I spoke with him. I was so impressed by his manner, that I did not bother going to the other store. From the moment I walked into Hilton's store, I was greeted by a very nice sales associate and she directed me to Hilton, as he had told me to ask for him. Hilton then asked one of his sales associates to show me to the mattresses and I was also impressed with him. The store has a lot of beautiful furniture, but what impressed me the most was the care that everyone took in giving excellent customer service; from Hilton himself all the way to the nice gentleman that loaded my 2 mattresses onto my truck.\r
