My vehicle had a recall of low battery. 2/21/2012

My vehicle had a recall of low battery. I was quoted of 1 1/2 hour waiting time. My car was in and out sooner than time given. Both exterior and interior was vacuum and washed. I forget to ask prior/at the time of taking my car in for replacement of windshield wiper and it was brought to my attention that it needed replacement. Michael (red/blue team). Great job!! more

We have been regular customers of 2/8/2012

We have been regular customers of Hannah Motors for over 25 years. There is a reason. We trust them! Monday we had our Wrangler Rubicon in for repairs and service. They got us in, gave us a time when the work would be finished and estimated the costs of repairs. All questions were asked and answered. When we picked up the Jeep it was washed and vacuumed clean. A special thanks to Dan Zika our service representative coordinating the repairs. Dan was super to work with! more

I've been going to Dick Hannah for 2/7/2012

I've been going to Dick Hannah for years with our Subarus and have been very pleased with the service. This latest visit to have new brakes put on was a pleasant experience. The shop was ready for me when I drove in, I was promptly greeted and took a tech out for a drive to demonstrate what was going on. I received my first phone call within the hour from service explaining what was needed and the cost. Later I received an email detailing the work and my invoice which I really appreciated because it's a document I could save on my computer for future reference. Now instead of wondering when I had my last work done or when the brakes were replaced and digging through files I can easily look up all the information on my computer. My car was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. All in all another great experience with Hannah Service. more

I've worked with Glenn for years and 2/6/2012

I've worked with Glenn for years and have had a great experience with him (the green team). The other service manager - well, I would wait for Glenn. The last time I was in, they replaced some ""button lights"" in the gearshift and seat-warming area. For some reason the next day I noticed a bunch of other buttons were now burned out (12 of them) around the navigation panel. I think they should have taken responsibility for them and not charged me, but Glenn did give me a discount. They insisted it was a coincidence! more

I went to get the awesome deal of the 2/1/2012

I went to get the awesome deal of the 8.88 oil change and they informed me of a few recalls and was willing to get those fixed while doing my oil. They were fast, friendly and honestly i felt like I could trust them. They gave me a detailed report on what my car needed and was honest about not needing extra services just to take my money. I was so impressed, that we were going to get tires from a different shop, but Dick Hannah has such great deals and they were so nice, we are doing the tires with them. I canâ??t express how much I appreciated their customer service. I am now a customer for life! more

Service was thorough, and complete. Waiting area has been redesigned so it is away from sales. (You are not pounced on by sales while your car is worked on), they explain everything well, and are very organized in their handling of every detail. They did my wife's car the next day, also very thorough. more

I received a coupon from Dick Hannah 1/24/2012

I received a coupon from Dick Hannah that saved me about five bucks, so I took them up on it. They had the car done 15 minutes early, and the best part was that their waiting room had a computer with internet set up so that I could work while I waited. The customer service was excellent, and I will definitely go back. more

Acura RDX Routine maintenance 1/22/2012

Every time I've brought my car in for service at Acura of Portland, I've always been pleased with the friendly staff and great service. I don't mind the wait because the waiting room is comfortable, free WIFI, and it includes water and juice (and sometimes chocolate!) more

I bought my PT Cruiser from Dick Hannah 1/20/2012

I bought my PT Cruiser from Dick Hannah about 1 1/2 years ago. From the first time I stepped into the dealership I was made comfortable, and was extremely pleased when I walked out with the keys to my new car. Since there, I have been returning to Dick Hannah for all the servicing on my PT. Each and every time I have been met by Paul promptly and with a smile. He always explains everything to me clearing, and helps make the decisions that are required for my vehicle. He never tries to get me to do something that is not the right thing to do. One time I went in for a routine oil change, and he told me I really didn't need it then, and when to come back. His honesty is greatly appreciated. I recommend Dick Hannah as a place to purchase your vehicles, and where to take them when they need any kind of servicing. more

The service on my car was completed promptly and in less time than quoted! We have been very happy with the service department in the five years that we have owned our vehicles. We plan on replacing my wife's 2007 Forester with a 2012 Outback. We will again be going to Dick Hannah for the purchase! more

Excellent service and professionalism. Staff are very accommodating of needs such as shuttle service and attentive in listening to customer concerns about the proposed repair. I would highly recommend the Dick Hannah Dealerships for vehicle service. I had a difficult-to-deal-with after-market warranty company, but Paul followed through three times to get the claim approved! more
