I bought a new Subaru in March of 2011 and so far my 2 experiences with the service department have been very good. My car was done before the promised time and they offered free shuttle service, even though I work a mile away and walked. \r

Their price for the oil change/tire rotation/inspection for my 3500 and 7500 mile service were high, but that is to be expected with a dealership. However, they did email me an oil change coupon the day before my car was serviced and I was able to bundle it with my scheduled maintenance. Overall a very good experience.
