Awesome Service! 12/9/2011

Needed to have a 100K service on my 05 Honda Civic. They were exceptionally helpful in making sure I received what I needed. My car was washed and vaccumed as well. \r \r Natelie was great to work with over the phone and in person with professional skills in customer service!\r \r I also received a gold member card an have a credit for the next service. :-) That is a plus. Honda gives back to thier customers. more

My experience with the service department is that they are always very friendly and honest whenever I come in. I have a 2009 Honda Civic and have never had a problem. They are timely and the rewards programs really helps keeps the prices reasonable. Definitely recommend! more

Efficient and Friendly 12/3/2011

I always look forward to having my 2010 Forester serviced at Dick Hannah Subaru. Yesterday, Andrew and his colleagues took care of me and my car in a professional and friendly manner. All that was necessary was done efficiently and timely. This time, I used the shuttle service which was on time. My car was ready earlier than expected, and I did not have to wait for the shuttle. And now, my car looks and runs as good as new. more

Dick Hannah VW 12/1/2011

Dick Hannah VW has always been easy to work with (set-up, rental, shuttle if needed) when I needed service. Set up is fast and the people are friendly. I just had my 70k service done on my GTI and like always (I use DH VW for all my services), the service was completed when the Rep. said it would be and the verbal explanation of what was done and how the overall condition of my car looked was reassurring. I trust DH over any other company. more

Susuki Forenza Service 11/28/2011

I recently took my Susuki Forenza to be serviced. As soon as I got there they were ready to begin working on my car. My car was ready even before they told me it would be. I loved how they explained everything they checked and worked on and let me know exactly how i need to take care of my car until the next service. more

The service staff was helpful and courteous. We had ease making the appointment, and were very satisfied wtih care given to us and our car. I would tell anyone with a VW to bring it the the Dick Hannah VW service center. more

The service advisers are very considerate and knowledgeable. They did not insist on having unnecessary service done as I have experienced at other dealerships. My daughter's Kia was ready as promised and they washed it and vacuumed it, too! What a nice surprise! Thanks! more

Fast & Friendly Service 11/22/2011

While having a second key programmed for my new Challenger, I noticed that the chrome on one of the wheels had a slight bubble. Kerry inspected it & didn't hesitate to order a replacement. A week later, the wheel had arrived, it was installed & I was on my way. Thus far, everyone at the dealership has been a pleasure to work with & very professional. more

Friendly staff, professional. 11/20/2011

Overall, having maintenance done at the dealership is great. My vehicle is done on time and there is never any surprise charges, they will always talk to you before doing any extra work. It can take a while over the phone to make an appointment, even for a simple oil change. The customer service is always excellent, over the phone and in person. The past few months I have worked with Andrew in the Subaru service department and he is wonderful, very attentive, friendly, customer focused. I appreciate the great service. more

This visit to the dealership was fast and friendly. The price was very competitive. Cory was very helpful and advised me of additional work that needed attention but did not pressure me to do anything other the the oil change I requested.He let me know that the additional work could wait until the next oil change. I will be going back for the additional work and oil changes as well as bringing in my other vehicles. more

Dick Hannah Acura Portland 11/17/2011

Dick Hanna recently did a 72,000 mile service on my Acura. As usual everything was covered and a nail was discovered in a tire. The tire was replaced and I was saved from a problem sometime in the future. I appreciate the attention paid to making sure everything is ok with my car. more

Everyone was very helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. Mike with KIA service center is always a pleasure to work with and very informative when it comes to what I need for my KIA.
