I'm a customer for life with Dick Hannah, and there's a good reason for it--their automotive service and customer service are excellent. We've been with them for years now.
Recently I brought my car in for its 60K service. Prior to bringing the car in, I was given a schedule of manufacturer recommended services and their pricing, so there was no surprise when I got my final bill--I knew ahead of time what the potential cost would be. I also required a loaner car, and, as usual, Dick Hannah Acura was able to accommodate my request. I also received several appointment reminders by both telephone and email beforehand --how convenient is that?
I really trust the folks at Dick Hannah Acura on Stark St. The car goes in, and it works just fine until the next scheduled maintenance is due. Not to mention that they wash and vacuum it. It's always a pleasure to get in the car after they've worked on it. It's clean and works very smoothly. I highly recommend them.
