Great service 9/4/2014

My 2012 Ford Focus had started making considerable road noise, and I initially thought it was the tires getting close to their service life. When I took my car into a tire store to get a slow leak repaired and they were unable to make the repair due to tel location of the nail, I purchased a new set of tires. The store tried three sets and the road noise was still there and we determined it was liley one or both sets of front wheel bearings. So I took it to Ford and the diagnosed, the left forn wheel bearings, repaired the car under warranty, and returned my car washed! The service adviser, Dallas, was professional, courteous, and thorough. more

Simple transaction 7/10/2014

Came in with True Car pricing. They charged a little more than the TrueCar price but gave me a bigger discount because of it. There was no sleazy sales tactics. They provided me with 0% APR financing while other places were giving me 3% interest rates. They quoted me the highest trade in beyond what I had negotiated with other dealers when I shopped around. Made everything very simple. more
