Service lacks quality control 11/23/2014

I've been taking my F150 here since I bought the truck back in 2011. It seems like the service quality is getting worse. After my recent service, my engine started to make some noise when I accelerated. I took it back and the service manager told me that the tech did not reconnect my air vents properly. It makes me wonder what else they didn't tighten!!! The shuttle service is overwhelmed. It takes half an hour to get a ride. The last pick up they sent the driver to the wrong address. I normally don't like to complain but it's getting worse here. I will look at another location even if it's farther away from my house. more

Easy to Work With 11/18/2014

I am so glad that I came to Capitol Ford to find a new Ford Flex! I told Rick and Derek my situation and they worked with me to get into my new car at a price I could afford. Derek was very attentive and was very kind to my family and was patient with our toddler during the sales process. This would normally be a grueling time but they really made it easy having a TV with kids movies as well as toys for my little one to play with. I am so pleased with the service I got and the car I am in. I am one happy customer! more

Free courtesy Shuttle home 11/10/2014

Recently had surgery, I did not really want to wait 2 hours, so took the shuttle home. Then waited for a call to come pick up the car, about 5 hours later. more
