What is standout about my experience with Capitol Expressway Ford is how well GM Rick Martinez managed his sales staff (David, Marco, Tran) to help make it work for me. And I must say, Adrian Madrigal in finance is the best I've ever worked with (very pleasant, low-pressure, efficient/effective). On 3/23/14, I decided that I wanted to purchase at a dealership where I previously had great service and great sales rep's. I wanted a new truck this time so I went to where I purchased a 2008 GT500KR Anniversary Edition. From my experience I was treated with all 5 Stars!!! I can't say how easy it was to buy vehicles without all the haggling and waiting cause I hate wasting time or even being at a dealership for a day and to come out with nothing. To my surprise my wife and I got two vehicles in one day with two trade-ins. I got my 2014 SVT Special Edition Raptor and she got her 2014 XLT Explorer. My wife was so happy with the customer service and friendly family type of environment, and the fact that she didn’t think we could get two vehicles at a great price! I can't say how much of a great feeling it was to go to a dealership that values your time and interest. They knew what I wanted and worked on the price without hassle. I even got great prices for my trade-ins and some rebates I wasn’t even aware of. I am a lifelong customer now and stand by this dealership…!!!! The process for purchasing my car was great. No pressure from the salesman. He was informative and helpful. However, after 6 days of having the car, the check engine light came on. The service department has now had the car for a week and it's still not fixed. more
