Excellent Customer Service 3/6/2014

My hubby, and I had the pleasure of buying our new Ford Escape from this dealership. We went back after first meeting with our sales rep David Kendrix to make the final purchase. We first conducted a ton of research on other vehicles, and even went to other Ford dealers, but all that just confirmed that this was the right place for us, and we have been so pleased with the whole experience, and would highly recommend this dealer and vehicle to anyone. All our family, and friends love our Ford Escape too! We call it our "Smart" car, and love the parallel parking assist feature (among other things)…it's really cool :) Thank you so much! Best Customer Service 2/27/2014

I hadn't purchased a brand new vehicle in 27 years. Each step in this process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I didn't feel pressured & left very happy. Karl (sales) was patient, not pushy; I was a little indecisive, he was totally laid back about it. Edna walked me through the technical parts of the car itself (lots to learn). I'm not particularly tech savvy; her patience with my questions was very welcomed. Rich in finance was fantastic. Extremely satisfied from top-to-bottom! more

Good customer service, but... 2/27/2014

I would have given this place a 5 star rating if the time to close the deal, sign the paperwork and leave with the car wasn't so long. The sales and other customer service reps were fantastic though. Friendly and very helpful and did all they could to make our time at the dealership comfortable. more

Salesman did not appear very knowledgeable or attentive to details. 2/24/2014

We did end up leasing a car from our salesman, but we have had the same car and just wanted a newer one, so there was really nothing he had to do, but he still ended up not making the experience a great one. The only reason we leased from him, was because he was able to get us a good deal; otherwise I would have definitely walked away. more

buying a car... not the most pleasant experience 2/17/2014

People are nice but it is a disorganized place. Car we came to look at, someone left the battery on. No jack in the car. I'm still waiting for them to call me back about the jack because it is illegal to sell a car without a jack. more

I have already filled these out!! This is the 3rd set of questionaires I have receied! 2/13/2014

Getting a tad frustrated here. We had two cars serviced almost two weeks ago now. I have received multiple emails asking for this same feedback. I already gave glowing reviews (5 out of 5 stars) on everything. For both visits. But, now this is starting to irritate me. I am feeling like my first set of reviews weren't read. Or taken seriously. Please try not to send me more of these until the next time I bring my car in. Thank you. more
