The service department at Capitol Ford is terrific. They are courteous, professional, and best of all,they do a great job. I have been to many Ford dealers from CA to PA and Capitol Ford is best by far. more

I came over to drop it off and expect the usual. That day was a managers promo special with a better deal with an all around maintenance. I went to walk down the street for lunch and the man who talked to me was already waiting for me at the front to take the car back. That was quick! more

Service is on the decline 12/5/2014

The last couple of times I brought my car in the service has been poor. They forgot to re-connect an air hose. The wait for shuttle was half an hour. They sent the driver to pick me up to the wrong address. It's probably because they're understaffed. The people are super nice. Otherwise, I would give them only 1 star. I'll probably go somewhere else next time. more

I came for manager special service and ordered some parts. the price was different(did not get manager special) and the parts I ordered supposed to come in 3 business days and after 20 days still no call backk or reply to my email!!! more

Services rendered were everything I asked for but there was confusion in picking up my car. I had asked for them to leave the keys in the vehicle but they were actually kept behind the desk. Small mistake but inconvenient. more

It would have been a nice to receive two keys for a truck I am paying 14grand for. Instead I only got one and was told to call back and a second would be located for me. But instead I was told it would be 80 bucks to make a copy. more

overall, a good experience 11/23/2014

I was highly disappointed with the receptionist who scheduled my appointment. She told me there would be no problem with me getting a rental car and once i got there they had no clue I had even asked for a rental because the girl on the phone forgot to put my appointment in the computer!! So I got to the service department and felt like I was completely inconveniencing everyone but I really needed to be seen. Other than that, the service was great and Jon Henry is the best. Fair prices, quick, trustworthy. more
