My 2012 Ford Focus had started making considerable road noise, and I initially thought it was the tires getting close to their service life. When I took my car into a tire store to get a slow leak repaired and they were unable to make the repair due to tel location of the nail, I purchased a new set of tires. The store tried three sets and the road noise was still there and we determined it was liley one or both sets of front wheel bearings. So I took it to Ford and the diagnosed, the left forn wheel bearings, repaired the car under warranty, and returned my car washed! The service adviser, Dallas, was professional, courteous, and thorough.
