Great dealership, great service 10/11/2014

Came in to get a Fiesta ST and trade in my SE. Talked to Steve and he was able to get me a test drive and set up to trade. Talked to Walter and they were able to work out trade in, and finance and get me out same day. This location is great for service on your Ford. I take both my Ford vehicles here for service. more

what's that noise?? a leaf! 9/5/2014

Wayne and the guys at QuickLane are so great! I recently had a 90K service and got new tires on my 2008 Escape Hybrid. Soon after I started hearing a scraping sound in the driver-side tires. I checked to see if a bag was stuck under the car, but nothing. I took the car in and explained...hoping that it wasn't something related to the service. Sure enough, it was a leaf that got caught in the brake calipers! Wayne even saved the leaf to show me...and no more noise! Thanks for taking my concerns seriously and for not giving me a bad time about bringing it in for something that turned out to be very small. And the best part? No charge for removing the leaf. =) more
