Wayne and the guys at QuickLane are so great! I recently had a 90K service and got new tires on my 2008 Escape Hybrid. Soon after I started hearing a scraping sound in the driver-side tires. I checked to see if a bag was stuck under the car, but nothing. I took the car in and explained...hoping that it wasn't something related to the service.
Sure enough, it was a leaf that got caught in the brake calipers! Wayne even saved the leaf to show me...and no more noise!
Thanks for taking my concerns seriously and for not giving me a bad time about bringing it in for something that turned out to be very small. And the best part? No charge for removing the leaf. =)
