I've been taking my F150 here since I bought the truck back in 2011. It seems like the service quality is getting worse. After my recent service, my engine started to make some noise when I accelerated. I took it back and the service manager told me that the tech did not reconnect my air vents properly. It makes me wonder what else they didn't tighten!!!
The shuttle service is overwhelmed. It takes half an hour to get a ride. The last pick up they sent the driver to the wrong address.
I normally don't like to complain but it's getting worse here. I will look at another location even if it's farther away from my house.
