Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Went to Burien Toyota to buy a vehicle. They just did everything very well. They left us alone. We could look for the car that we wanted. The sales guy was really nice. The finance gal was great. Sales Manager was great. They were just all very good. more

Buying my new Prius was very simple and quite frankly a fun experience. Most of the negotiations was online with just my trade being done in person. The paperwork was easy. Thank you Burien Toyota. more

We are beyond happy with the color, the car, and the overall experience at the dealership. As nice an ending with a vehicle that represented to us our family experience during the growing up years of our kids. Today, I took my daughter out in the Prius; she is Miss Environmental. I even ventured to take my son with his driving permit out. They really enjoyed it. Here is a tidbit; can you believe my kids are less expensive to insure on a Prius than on a 6-year old Honda CRV? Next step, I will share the experience, a descriptive perhaps illustrates earning customer trust toward successful ends. more

Great Car Buying Experience 2/2/2011

Just wanted to send an email saying thanks for you, Eric and Bobbi taking the time to help get us into our new car this past weekend. It was the single best car buying experience (hands down) I've ever been through. You all really took the time to explain everything to us and help us get into a car we wanted. Considering what a horrible time we had at other car. Considering what a horrible time we had at other car dealerships throughout the day I really can't tell you how awesome it was to deal with Burien Toyota. I know Audrey feels the same. Extremely Helpful 1/12/2011

I had the advantage of having two extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who went over the many high tech features of my car. One salesperson, David Butler, went over the keyless entry while the another, Dario, helped me understand the hands free unit. more

Went the Extra Mile 1/4/2011

Kelly and Kenny at Buren Toyota were the only staff from among all Toyota dealerships that went the extra mile and offered to let us special order a Sienna SE without a sunroof. They were by far the most knowledgeable, flexible, helpful and informative. They gave me confidence in buying a Toyota. They were a pleasure to deal with. more

Inspected & Rotated 1/4/2011

The service department inspected and replaced all four tires. I liked the fact that the service advisor listened to the analysis that I offered and what stood out is that the technician was able to drain from my information as well as the service advisor?s information and was able to take it a further step in assessing the condition of the tires and make recommendations. more

Explained alot of things 11/11/2010

Jim at Burien Toyota didn't push. The sales department was very courteous, they explained alot of things that i didn't know as far as the financing, which has never been done before at other dealers. The whole process was never been explained to me like it was this time. more

Dennis from Burien Toyota was very personable less than pushy I think that was the best thing, because that drove me out of several other Toyota dealerships that were too pushy and didnt give us have any patience for to take our times and Dennis was more than patience. more

Great Service 11/1/2010

'm writing because I got some nice service from those guys at Burien Toyota! I took my Corolla in because the Malfunction Indicator Lamp was coming on. I spoke with Greg French. He informed me that it may be the computer and told me that I may be covered under certain conditions that I wasn't aware about. He told me to bring it in at 8am that next morning (02/24/2010). I told him I needed to be to work by 11am and he assured me that he would either have the vehicle running by then or send me on my way should they need to order a part first then call me in a few days to install it. He told me not to worry about work and if for some reason something came up and time was an issue he would make sure I'd get a ride in to work even though I work downtown Seattle. Well, the next morning I got the module installed (Greg was right and the car was covered) and was on my way out of there by 9:45am. I was able to go home and say bye to my wife and boy and make it to work on time. No more indicator light on and the car is running smooth again. Thanks Greg! Also props to Rafael Estrada, young Rob and older Rob! I noticed you guys when I was waiting and you all gave courtesy and smiles to the others there too. Thumbs up to Burien Toyota! more

I felt very comfortable from the time i walked in, he knew i wanted to buy the car and he was very informative and he showed me exactly what i needed to know and he took control and I was in very good hands. I was very pleased, very nice gentlemen, did a nice job. more

awful 9/18/2010

The sales people offered me a college graduate rebate, said i was just over the requirement because you had to have graduated within 2 years and i graduated two and a half years ago, but not to worry about it they would make it work. A month after having the car i received a phone call from Shannon in the finance office saying i owed them another 1,000 dollars because i didn't qualify for the college grad. rebate and we'd have to sign an new loan, after arguing for days and days i offered to pay 500 dollars of the rebate if they paid the other half, which they agreed too. If i had the money to hire a lawyer i'd have sued but that would have cost me more then 500 bucks so i settled. Will never buy a car there again, won't even be having the services done there. The people treated me like i was the bad guy even though they were ones faulting on their promise, just an awful experience, take my advice, go to another dealership. more

These are the good guys. No hassles & they did what they said they would do. Will definitely put them on my shopping list for the future. Pat, the General Manager came out and saw me personally. I thought Burien was kind of out of the way; but it was really easy to get to - not far from the airport. more

David Butler accommodated me with all my wishes. David was there for me when I came in. I had an accident and I pulled in with my car to the dealership and he helped me to figure everything out with collision and service. He was not pushy on getting a new car but he was responsive to my wishes. Then, when I decided to buy a new car David was there. He took time for me and helped me and it was just perfect. I had an excellent experience. more

Also, explained everything in regards to purchasing of the vehicle, right down to the details of all the additional features that we could buy afterwards. They were all extremely helpful when I initially contacted dealer on internet to purchase the vehicle. So basically every single aspect from start to finish was fantastic. more
