Their technician was prompt and courteous, however, does not have in depth knowledge of how to fix a leak in the toilet. Performed some fancy dye test to adjust the level of the water in the tank while he actually needed to just change out the flapper. He left a permanent dye stain on the bathroom floor. When I complained to their manager, their VP came to my house. He did not take any responsibility for the inefficient workmanship, instead tried to pass on the buck to the city's water pressure system and faulted the plumbing pipes of my house. Regarding the stain the VP started pointing out to the different color grains in the floor tiles of my bathroom. They have 55 complaints against them with BBB. I wish I had checked this before calling them.
