this place has been around for many years, since it started as a donut shop. now they serve frozen yogurt (there are usually four flavor choices on any given day and lots of toppings) and rent videos and dvds. they have a very good new release section, and also an extensive kids section. their prices are reasonable, and i believe they are lower than blockbuster.
