Good: The apartment community is conveniently located near lots of retail establishments. There is a nice walking trail nearby and of course Bitterlake is not too far from the building. All the appliances and cabinetry are brand new.. Bad: The leasing agents are a bit pushy when they want you come in and look at an apartment. Once you get in, they flip their little attitudes as they you owe them something for receiving 2 or 3 months of free rent. Don't let them fool you. Nothing in life is FREE. It's a clever advertising tactic. Once they get a full house, if ever, they'll start trying to sneakingly get more money out of the tenants. Also, there's quite a few boozers, drug users, and smokers so if you can't handle toxicity, DON"T RENT HERE!. Improvements: Regarding improvements, they need to better screen their tenants and put all the bad asses in one area of the property. Also, they need to work on their CUSTOMER SERVICE skills as to ensure tenants want to renew their leases. Remember, it's a government project,or excuse me, a tax-credit project. If you don't like BIG BROTHER looking over your shoulder, you probably won't like it here. They have cameras everywhere.. Other: There's nicer properties that are not government "project" housing. The windows are supposedly energy efficient, but it is freezing on the lower floors. Also, the walls are thin and you will be able to hear the sometimes nonsensical conversations of your neighbor. That's apartment living for ya!!!.
