Businiess name:  Walgreen Drug Store
Review by:  Patricia B.
Review content:
I was overjoyed when a Walgreens was built close to where I live. The store in general is clean and well stocked. I can find toiletries there at low prices. But I have had constant poor service from the people who work in the pharmacy. This is not a one time occasion, but an on-going one. Not only is the service slow, it can take several hours (or even until the next work day) to get a prescription filled if it is called in directly from your doctor's office. If you are in need of medication, who wants to wait that long? Also, I have found the pharmacy staff to be somewhat rude in their demeanor. I feel like they talk down to people. My husband has a terrible time getting a pain medication refilled there, even though it is a maintenance drug and his doctor ok's the refill every single time. My husband feels that the rudeness is racially motivated, but I cannot say that that is the case 100% for sure.
