Casey's is expensive. but since I did not get other estimates- maybe they are competitive.
things that were GREAT about Casey's:
1 excellent person on phone
2 promised to come the next day
3 called next day on time
4 plumber arrived on agreed time
5 plumber was clean and polite and put on paper booties
6 plumber used his own rug in front of sink for all tools, rags and equipment
7 plumber gave estimate before starting work (and gave me chance to refuse price)
8 owner responded when I had a problem next day
9 owner came to house himself
10 second plumber came and fixed problem w/ no charge
11 owner called to make sure I was "happy."
