I absolutely love Pawn Express! I was initially impressed by the level of customer service I received just in calling to ask if something was in stock. They not only checked for me, they checked prices as well.\r

I had a very pleasant experience in their store. I found that it was clean and well-organized, and the staff was extremely friendly. I walked out with a Nintendo 64 console, 3 controllers and a game for less than $80. This is significantly better than I was expecting. They also have more games and accessories for the N64 than any other business I found in the Kent-Covington-Maple Valley area.\r

When I found that one of the controllers was not working right, I took it back the next day and exchanged it very quickly. They remembered me, and did not even question the exchange, though I was prepared to show the photos I had taken.\r

Overall, I could not be more impressed with Pawn Express and the lovely girls who work there.
