I don't know what Renaldo G. was talking about, but this place is so wonderful. I live here now and have for about 7 years. It's been managed by the same company it was then but the service has remained the same, at least in my experience. The office staff and maintenance is incredibly fast and courteous. Whatever I need, they are always quick to help or respond. The grounds are lovely, the apartments old but taken care of. Great, great location. And best of all, the amenities!! These have only increased over the years - they now offer more than they did when I moved in.\r

I'm guessing the other people rating were probably not good tenants (for whatever reason), which is probably why they are disgruntled. If you go to another rating site (apartmentratings.com), where I also reviewed, they are highly rated. Don't take my word for it... visit for yourself.
