you should place on your page that if you don't have what the advertisement is, ""sorry"", you will get part of your order and it is just too bad for you, cause we already got your money. \r

Not concerned with customer care at all. I called and told them that the picture and description of what I ordered was not what I got and they said ""Sorry we couldn't include the orchids because it was Valentine's day and we were out"" Better luck next time!!!!\r
