you should place on your page that if you don't have what the advertisement is, ""sorry"", you will get part of your order and it is just too bad for you, cause we already got your money. \r \r Not concerned with customer care at all. I called and told them that the picture and description of what I ordered was not what I got and they said ""Sorry we couldn't include the orchids because it was Valentine's day and we were out"" Better luck next time!!!!\r \r Not with your shop that is for sure!!! more

Completely Disappointed for Life Event 9/1/2011

Got my arrangement completely wrong. Tried to call 3 times, email once, and submitted request through their online site. NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service. Roses were in arrangement after specifying NO ROSES - Client is allergic. Ended up with some ugly florescent daisies more suitable for a sweet 16 centerpiece, not a 40-something yr olds 5 year celebration of surviving breast cancer. Not Happy more

Horrible 10/4/2010

I had flowers delivered to me a little over a week ago and they were GORGEOUS!! I get a lot of flowers delivered to me and these lasted the least amount of time. I know how to cut the stems and change the water it?s a natural rule of keeping flowers. My husband called and told them about it, I didn't expect them to do anything but he said they told him they would make a new arrangement and he could come and get it. He called them to get directions and the manager was the most rude and insincere person he has ever encountered. After a heated conversation the MGR told my husband to use someone else for flowers from now on. I have already told each person I work directly with (which is about 12 people) and I am posting it on my Facebook as well. So thank you Skai Florist for being rude, and congrats on losing business.!! more

Very very DISAPPOINTED. DISREGARD FOR ORDER 7/16/2010

I ordered very specific colors for the arrangement including the ceramic vase. Colors were to match the decor of the recipient which are red and black. Discussed this very thorougly with the owner of the shop via a long distance phone call. The result was a green vase with yellow flowers and a couple orange and lite red. When I complained to owner, he replied that green goes with everything. He offered to pick up the existing flowers and replace it with another one. How can I trust this guy. I am so mad. How does green fit into a red/black scheme? This guy B-S'd me. Cons: wrong color vase, flowers, etc. more

Elegance arrives in Frisco 5/7/2007

OK, so I'm new to town. I moved to Frisco from California about a year ago. While I absolutely love my new community, I had to drive to Dallas to get arrangements that suited my style and that I felt I could send to my clients. Skai has saved me hundreds of dollars in gas mileage. The arrangements are elegant, but creative with an edge. They are brand new so I've only bought two arrangements from them, but each one was a masterpiece. One was for a young client -- so the arrangement was hip, young, and unique. the other arrangement was from my partner, who is a little older and more traditional. when I told Alex, the florist, this he said he knew exactly what I needed. Asked what flowers or colors I'd prefer and went from there. It was gorgeous!! Roses and peonies... and even orchids. Wow. wow. wow. Pros: unique design, flowers lasted forever, easy to work with Cons: the arrangements aren't free! more

Beautiful Centerpieces!!! 5/3/2007

My husband and I do quite abit of entertaining in our home and we are happy to have Skai Floral a part of our team. Alex and Carol have both been very helpful with their creative ideas and we couldn't be more pleased with the arrangements they have made for us! Certainly makes my planning and preparations alot easier and our get togethers more festive:) more

Best Floral arrangements and gifts anywhere! 4/25/2007

The floral arrangements that Alex (the owner) creates are absolute masterpieces! Each and every arrangement is truly unique and special. Buying an arrangement is like having a new piece of art for your home! The gifts in the shop are lovely and I certainly know where to shop for all occassions. Definitely stop by and check out this floral shop..you won't be disappointed. Pros: Great location...easy to get to. more

I appreciate good floral arrangements, but even more than that, I love the enthusastic responses from the women in my life after they receive flowers from Skai Floral. Alex is an amazing talent and thoroughly enjoys what he does. The best part is getting to develop a relationship with such friendly people - the staff is great. It's easy and my pleasure to tell people about such a wonderful experience. more

The BEST Floral company EVER!!!!! 4/20/2007

I have used many floral services over the years and I have NEVER see the type of quality and care that Skai Floral takes with each of their arrangments. It doesn't matter how small or how large it is, each peice comes out as a One Of A Kind and at a great price!! You will not find any other Floral shop like this one. Pros: Build to order.. One of a kind Cons: there aren't more locations more

Best Flower Shop in the Metroplex 4/20/2007

We were waiting for a table at Silver Fox at Legacy and 121 last Saturday night and decided to walk around the growing complex to see what shops were opening. Just behind the restaurant, there was this amazing flower shop. I have never seen arrangements like the ones on display there. Unfortunately, they were closed when we were there, so I had to wait until Monday morning to get a chance to walk around the shop. more

This is NOT your average flower shop! 4/20/2007

WOW...each floral arrangement is so unique! This is the kind of work you see in high-end restaurants and hotels. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They are such perfection you don't expect them to be real.... but they are. I would love to have some of these duplicated in silk and enjoy them year round. Hard to imagine we have such beautiful arrangements available right here in our area. Thank You!! Pros: great location, great service,beautiful arrangements more

Best Flower Shop I've Ever Seen in Dallas! 4/20/2007

Skai Floral has the most amazing flower arrangements that I've ever seen! The gift section is very unique as well... pretty vases, wonderful smelling candles and beautiful, hand carved iron sculptures. Frisco needed a high class flower shop.. This is it!!!!
