Ms. Al-Rashid is a slum lord. She does absolutely nothing to maintain her properties. She sends a "handyman" instead of a plumber or an electrician. Once you report a problem, the management company quits answering the phone since Ms. Al-Rashid won't pay for any repairs. She's UNBELIEVABLY cheap and quite the b---h. We couldn't take a shower for MONTHS because the faucet has literally rusted off the pipe. We also couldn't use our dishwasher for MONTHS because it flooded every time we turned it on. She could care less. Just send the rent. The management company was terrible, too, but truly it was her refusal to do any repairs at all at the bottom of it. And, yes, she kept the damage deposit. She is very sketchy, do not rent from her.
