I've always had a great experience at Joe's. Sure, it's loud, and the decor is a little crazy, but it all adds to that seaside shack feel! The servers are always respectful to me and whoever I'm with. Sure, servers are human and they make mistakes, but the managers are always apologetic and helpful. Once I ordered the dungeness crab spicy boil, but the server brought out dungeness barbecue style. I alerted the server to the mistake, and she quickly brought me the correct order. A few minutes later the manager came up to the table and apologized again for the mistake and offered to take the appetizer off the bill. That's great service in my book!
They also have a new menu, they've had it for about a month I think, and it has some great new additions (I love the pan seared mahi). So give the Crab Shack a chance and stop by! You might be surprised.
Pros: Fair prices, good service
