We ordered a 7 piece sectional from rooms to go nearly 2 months ago. Over the past 2 months they have fumbled our order over and over again. First, they sent us 5 pieces that had flaws. Some of the pieces were different heights than others, some had imperfections in the leather. They have made a total of 3 deliveries and had 3 repairmen out to view the flaws on the sections. All 3 times the repairmen agreed that the couch had flaws, but their customer service refuses to replace the pieces anymore. They have already replaced 4 of the pieces, and the replacement pieces are worse than the original ones we got! Currently 4 of the 7 pieces still have major flaws. The other 3 have flaws too, but we aren't worried so much about those. The 4 flawed pieces have been made with extra material so the leather had a lot of wrinkles in it. The pieces in the showroom have no wrinkles because it is a tight-style leather couch. Their customer service continues to tell us wrinkles are normal in leather. Well, wrinkles are not normal in this leather! 1. None of the pieces in the showroom have wrinkles. 2. The other pieces we have don't have wrinkles. 3. The repairmen agreed with us that this couch should not have wrinkles! Rooms to Go has ripped me off! Pros: Price Cons: Bad service, bad furniture, bad warranty, bad return policy.
