I realize that when you compare my modest refinance to most others of much higher value, that you extended the same diligence, efforts, courtesy and professionalism to me and this loan as you would to others. That speaks highly of you as a person and a businesswoman. Character does count in this world and I have great respect for your character.\r

I have financed six homes in my lifetime, and am ""considerably"" older than you. I will say that throughout the process I have appreciated your timely communications and updates. I was confident throughout this process that when additional information was needed you would help me through it sincerely, expeditiously, and honestly. This process can be confusing and intimidating to those of us who don't deal with this on a daily basis and are unaware of all of the many changes in the laws. This experience with you has reaffirmed my belief that there ARE conscientious mortgage brokers out there that will help clients every step of the way.
