I am interested in living at Lake Meridian Estates. This is my second experience living in a Mobile Home Community; the first was a rental, this one would b e an onsite purchase. The Manager has been terrific to work with. Any Manager of a business is obligated to represent that business in a professional way. I have had nothing but excellent service from the her. She has been pleasent, curtious, and seems to know the business VERYwell. She has been upfront about rules and regs. I have had my fair share of landlords ... and situations where my rent has been late. Real late. I understand about grace periods (re: rent due) and anything beyond that point ... well, it is what it is. If something is not fair, it's simple. Act on it. Bottom line is, be about your business. \r

The view is fantistic. Mt. Rainier is huge! I'm looking forward to living here.\r
