This bank is horrible, I have an account that I am about to close. I have had 2 fraudulent charges and the bank doesnt seem to care. The first one, someone used my account to pay their light bill, I contacted the bank and they said they could not find out what account it was used on and they allowed the withdrawl, the second one was for about $1,500 and they didnt even try to contact me. They left me a low message on the answering machine at home and didnt say it was urgent, just said: ""this is not a solicitation please call us back"" they didnt even call my cell or email me, even though that info is on file..then they freeze my account for no reason..and everytime something is going on I call and the reps are sooo RUDE, they are clueless of what they ar talkign about and are not even trying to help me understand the problem or do anything about it. THe girls act like highschoolers, an attitude for no apparent reason. Take my advice, this bank is not trustworthy, their service is horrible and the workers are idiots. Please save your energy and bank with a bigger bank that has more locations and friendlier service.
