Review content:
I needed a tan for my outside wedding in Charleston. I was so busy planning the wedding, that I waited until the last minute to get started on my tanning. My bride's maids appearantly forgot to consider how they would look, pale skin in the mint green dresses they were wearing! A friend told me that I should look in to the spray tan option. It's not harmful to your skin, and you don't have to build up the tan. I called all over town. Every DaySpa, every Tanning Salon in the phone book. I didn't want to get into a spray booth. I had heard too many horror stories about bad spray tans from them. I couldn't find any place that had the spray tan machine, that a technician actually sprayed on you. So, I asked and asked around, and finally a lady at the bank said her tan was a spray tan, she had gotten them weekly for over a year at Island Tan. She said she loved it! She looked up the number in the phone book for me, but there was no listing for them in the Yellow Pages. That explained why I had missed them in my search for a spray tan! I drove down to 5Pts and found them behind Tripp's Cleaners. The lady working at the time was the exact person that does the ""spraying"". She explained to me everything that I needed to do before my appointment, what I needed to bring to change into afterwards, and all of the other things that I needed to know to make the tan last longer. I booked my 1st of 2 appointments for the next day. My wedding was 10 days away, so I wanted to try it with enough time for it to exfoliate, then if I liked it, get it done right before my ""Big Day"". Well I got my first one done and it was SO AMAZING! It looked like I had been to the beach! It was NOT orange or streaky. It was beautiful!! A few nights later I had a Bridal Shower. All of my bridesmaids loved my tan SO much, that we all booked appointments for 2 days before my wedding. It was like a big ""Spray Tan Party"" up in the Island Tan. We all looked stunning! Made for great wedding photos! Loved It!! Pros: Amazing Spray Tan System. Highly Skilled Technician. Very Professional. Cons: N/A
